These minutes should be kept for all IMI Summative Assessment Group Meetings.
- They allow for a record to be kept of what was discussed and agreed
- They show which group members attended the meetings
- They show what was agreed and who is responsible for carrying the tasks out
- The show the date of he next meeting
Where any group member does not engage with the agreed tasks or the meetings themselves then the minutes can be presented to the Unit leader as evidence of lack of engagement from one or more group members.
